Woman who asked Alec Baldwin ‘why he killed that lady’ says actor ‘maimed’ her

The woman who claims she was “attacked” by actor Alec Baldwin has spoken out about the incident in a bizarre interview with Piers Morgan.

Known by her alias ‘Crackhead Barney’ (I’m not joking), The Independent describes her as a performance artist and content creator who has repeatedly been seen with a microphone surprising politicians and celebs in public.

Earlier this week, Barney shared a video to X with the caption: “White devil Alec Baldwin attacked me. While I was trying to get coffee.”

The video showed her approaching the 66-year-old 30 Rock star in New York coffee shop, attempting to get him to say “free Palestine”.

However, as Baldwin repeatedly asks her to back off, Barney then asks him: “Why did you kill that lady?” – a reference to the tragic fatal shooting of cinematographer Halyna Hutchens on the Rust movie set back in 2021.

“You killed that lady and got no jail time,” she continues. “No jail time Alec. No jail time Alec. You’re putting innocent people in jail Alec Baldwin.”

Baldwin is currently facing manslaughter charges as a result of the on-set shooting.

On Wednesday night, Barney appeared on the Piers Morgan Uncensored show – where she wreaked havoc.

Appearing in a neckbrace, with her face painted and donning sunglasses, Barney told Morgan: “What did I do to Alec Baldwin? Piers, do you see the damage that Alec did to me?

“Do you see the damage? Look at my arms! Look at my arms, Piers! Look at my neck! I was maimed by a white man on Monday!”

At one point Barney stands up to reveal that she is wearing a diaper.

She then becomes breathless and accuses Morgan of “lashing” and “beating” her. Due to the fact she opted only to wear bandages over her breasts, we’ve opted not to include the video.

On October 21, 2021, Baldwin – a father-of-seven – fired a live round of ammunition from a prop gun and tragically killed 42-year-old Hutchins and injured director Joel Souza.

Baldwin was charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter last year, but these were dropped in April 2023 pending further investigation. However, he was indicted once again with involuntary manslaughter in January and will face a trial in July.

Hannah Gutierrez-Reed – the armorer for the western movie – was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter on April 15.

She was sentenced to 18 months in prison.
